Shipping Within India Only

We currently ship only within India and partner with reputable courier companies such as Delhivery, Xpressbees, DTDC, Bluedart, and others to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time.

Delivery Timeframe

  • Most orders are delivered within 3-7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and/or text message with tracking details to monitor your shipment.

Shipping Charges

  • For orders below INR 99, a flat shipping fee of INR 70 will be applicable.

  • For orders above INR 99, standard shipping charges may apply based on your location and order size.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

  • Use this tracking number to check the status of your delivery on the courier company’s website.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver your orders on time, Kids Toys GO cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:

  • Natural disasters (e.g., floods, earthquakes).

  • Strikes or political unrest.

  • Bank holidays or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be canceled or changed once they have been dispatched.
