1. Returns Policy
We accept returns on most products within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The product is in unused, undamaged condition.
- The item must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
- The product is not a non-returnable item (e.g., personalized items, opened soft toys, or hygiene products).
If you meet the above criteria, you can return the product for a full refund or exchange.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened soft toys, plush toys, and dolls.
- Items marked as non-returnable on the product page.
- Gift cards and personalized products.
Please check the product description before purchasing to confirm whether the item is eligible for return.
3. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:

- Return Authorization: Once we verify your request, we will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number along with instructions on how to return the product.
- Ship the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, include the RA number, and ship it back to the provided address. You are responsible for the shipping costs unless the product is damaged or defective.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method. Please note:
- Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
- Partial Refund: In some cases, we may offer a partial refund if the item is returned in damaged or used condition.
5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different color, size, or product, please follow the same process as outlined in the Returns section. Once the returned item is received, we will send out the new product according to your exchange request.
Note: Exchanges are subject to availability. If the exchanged product is out of stock, we will issue a full refund.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order. We will provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you. Please include clear photographs of the damage or defect when contacting us, so we can assist you faster.
7. Canceling Your Order
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@kidstoysgo.com or +91 95747 75950. We can only cancel your order if it has not yet been processed or shipped. Once your order has been shipped, it will need to go through the standard return process.
8. Shipping Costs
- Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Original Shipping Charges: Shipping fees for your original order are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.
9. International Orders
Currently, we only ship within India. For international orders, please review your local customs and import policies before making a purchase.
