  • We ship only within India using reputable courier partners like Delhivery, Xpressbees, DTDC, and Bluedart.

  • Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • Shipping charges apply as follows:

    • Orders below INR 99: Flat fee of INR 70.

    • Orders above INR 99: Standard shipping charges based on location and order size.

4. Returns and Refunds

  • We currently do not offer a return policy for most items.

  • Returns or replacements are only accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

  • To initiate a return, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof of the issue.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Kids Toys GO website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Kids Toys GO and protected by copyright laws.

  • Unauthorized use of any content is strictly prohibited.
